 Founding Partner

Industrial Engineer specialized in Organization and Business Management, with a Master’s in Internet Business (ISDI – MIB). Combined with nearly 20 years of experience in technological business development, this has provided him with a high level of expertise and knowledge to tackle the new challenges that every company must overcome in its digital transformation.
A passionate entrepreneur, he has launched several startups, including distriNET (the “Amazon” for the hospitality industry, where 100% of the procurement process between hoteliers and their suppliers was digitized), betMaster (the first free social mobile game based on real sports betting), and Avalisto (the first digital insurance brokerage using big data to guarantee instant rent collection). As a budding investor, luda-partners and Lingokids are among his investments.
He has always been dedicated to the business development of technological solutions, helping companies create “kick-startups” to define, develop, and launch new products with digital business models.

Manuel Marín Naranjo

 Founding Partner

Manuel has over 20 years of business experience in finance and global real estate markets. He has been actively involved in non-strategic asset, loan, and REO (Real Estate Owned) transactions for financial and private institutions across Spain.
Founding partner of NAEVA Investments, a company focused on identifying, analyzing, advising, and providing active management services over a variety of heterogeneous portfolios in a quick and diligent manner. Naeva advises on the acquisition and sale of credit and real estate, whether as individual assets or portfolios, including due diligence, pricing, foreclosure execution, and legal procedures.
